    Inside Sales Insurance Producer - In-Office Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. If you have previous insurance experience in a customer service role and have a friendly, client-first attitude, please apply today! Flexible hours. • Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. • Starts out Hourly + Bonuses and moves to Base + Commissions. • Free leads and leads credits. • This is an in-office inside sales position. • Willing to get licensed. Responsibilities: • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies • Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided • Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal • Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries • Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem is fixed Qualifications: • Flexible Personality • Problem-solving • Humble and wanting to grow • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License, and once licensed, sell your appointments • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • The position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000+ yearly
