    Our insurance company is currently in a high-growth phase and we’re seeking an established recruiting expert to take the reins on our hiring process across all divisions. You’ll scope out job fairs and social media to find us the best up-and-coming insurance professionals to bring them to our team. Responsibilities: • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Evaluate all applications for positions and note those with the right skills and experience for further review • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media • Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates • Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they’ve received an offer or not • Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates Qualifications: • Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • Required to get a Property and Casualty license and assist new team members with onboarding. (We will supply the materials) • Signing Bonus for those that get licensed • 401(k)/Roth IRA options • Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday • No weekends or Holidays • Flexible hours Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000+ yearly
