You’ll be tasked with developing strategic initiatives that reach existing and prospective customers seeking protection from life’s unpredictable risks. Responsibilities: • Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members • Test, report on, and optimize content marketing campaigns, digital sponsorships, paid media buys, speaking engagements, events, and more to ensure a positive cost-per-lead ratio that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) • Engage customers and prospects using events and other marketing initiatives that support insurance sales and brand awareness • Manage data sets required for e-marketing efforts, including tracking marketing campaigns, managing our subscriber lists and other necessary information within CRM systems • Collaborate with creative team members on marketing campaign and promotional materials and other company collateral • Inform supervisors of timely industry trends in the marketing field for consideration • Maintain minimum sales goal Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience working in a related digital marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in an insurance setting beneficial • Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or other related field • Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must • CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools prowess is essential • Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire, we will provide material • Solutions-oriented • Humble and coachable attitude • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000+ yearly
