Responsibilities: • Bring in new clients by effectively executing sales-based marketing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, and networking • Stay up to date on evolving property and casualty insurance protocols to facilitate insurance policy selection and policy renewals to all customers’ satisfaction • Have productive meetings with new, existing, and prospective clients to listen attentively to their needs and understand their financial circumstances before recommending ideal insurance policies • Ensure that existing, new, and prospective clients complete all appropriate forms and meet insurance policy requirements, and facilitate the insurance claims process, which may include examining the condition of physical properties to assess risks • Maintain accurate customer records, bookkeeping logs, and insurance sales databases to report progress toward monthly goals • Prospect for new clients • Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide material Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED or equivalent required • Fundamental computer and Microsoft Office program skills are essential • P&C insurance license required for this role • Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills are necessary • Proficiency using sales and accounting software is beneficial • Able to pivot quickly • Solutions-oriented • Humble and coachable attitude • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Must be able to pass a background check Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000+ yearly
