Responsibilities: • Present Farmers Insurance Package in a clear and energetic way to prospects looking to change their policies • Manage and market to your own list of leads and prospect funnel • Build a portfolio of clients by selling multiple lines of business and tracking premium sold • Create lasting relationships with clients to build retention and customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Able to pivot quickly • Solutions-oriented • Humble and coachable attitude • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments • Have a laptop or computer and a headset available.
