We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Qualifications: • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Proven track record in sales • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Able to pivot quickly • Solutions oriented • Humble and coachable attitude • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License, and once licensed, sell your appointments Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ at plan yearly
