    Epic 112 Real Estate is a high-producing real estate team located in Washington State. We specialize in lead generation for both residential and commercial clients. We're currently seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join our team as a lead manager. This role is pivotal in identifying motivated buyers and sellers preparing for upcoming real estate transactions. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in streamlining our lead management process, facilitating smooth communication between our team of Realtors and potential clients. Your duties will include ensuring our Realtors® are diligently updating our CRM, CINC (Commission INC), and managing the daily activities of our three remote ISAs. Responsibilities: • You'll start by immersing yourself in our team culture, processes, training, and resources, learning the current onboarding process while focusing on relationship building and trust with our agents • Learning our language, and how to talk TO clients versus talking AT them • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and sales opportunities • Follow up with leads supplying their contact info to learn more about a home to purchase or a home considering selling • Establish a proven process for finding and vetting leads and setting up appointments with our Realtors® • Meet quotas and expectations on the number of calls made each day, leads emailed, texted and appointments set by the ISA team • Lead and mentor a team of three Inside Sales Associates (ISAs), providing guidance, support, and training as needed • Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results • Stay updated on best practices in CRM management and sales techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement • Act as a liaison between the ISA team and team lead providing regular updates and reports on team performance and key metrics Qualifications: • Prior experience in CRM management is required, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a remote work setting, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote work Compensation: $4 - $6 hourly
