Responsibilities: • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market prices for clients • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Qualifications: • Must have a valid real estate license • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self-motivated Compensation: $119,500 - $150,500 yearly
