    We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner. • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, which results in more sales. • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service. • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions. • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis. • Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved. • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction. • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary. Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision. • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving. • Present yourself in a professional manner. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision. • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 yearly
