Automotive Accessories Assistant Manager - Off-Road Division We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Tulsa, OK, US as an Assistant Manager in our Automotive Accessories Off-Road department. This individual should have a knack for sales and developing goals and projections that maximize the department's revenue. They should be comfortable collaborating with the new, used, parts, and service sections to ensure all OEM and aftermarket items are managed and sold. Responsibilities: • Merchandises all OEM and aftermarket accessory displays • Maintains show books and photo galleries of accessorized vehicles • Maintains inventory and backstock items • Ensures proper installation of dealer-installed items is performed before delivery • Keeps informed on all products and trends in the market and attends industry events as an ambassador of the dealership • Works on service drive contacting customers for sales opportunities • Communicates with sales and service departments and facilitates team-building • Maintains professionalism at all times • Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: • Must possess knowledge of 4X4 systems and off-road activities , as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and build rapport and credibility quickly Compensation: $36,000 - $48,000 yearly
