Responsibilities: • Meets a set goal of vehicles sold each month • Documents sales transactions in alignment with dealership protocols • Ongoing utilization of the dealership's sales control and follow-up systems • Attends sales and product training courses at the request of the sales manager • Stays informed of new products and services available in the industry • Creates and maintains a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business • Has a system for tracking and prospecting • Exhibits professionalism and ethical conduct in business practice • Helps customers secure transportation through vehicle sales • Greets customers that enter the showroom or sales lot and provides assistance as needed • Assists customers in locating their desired vehicle by asking questions and listening attentively to their answers • Adheres to other tasks that may be assigned Qualifications: • No Automotive job hoppers • Stellantis certification a Big Plus • Ability to meet or exceed minimum monthly sales goals • Aptitude to complete sales paperwork and processes in accordance with dealership policy • Willingness to attend product and sales training courses • Knowledge of new products and services in the industry • Proficiency in managing an owner follow-up system • Skill in developing new customer prospects • Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional business practices • Ability to fulfill the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers • Capability to greet and assist customers upon entering the dealership showroom or sales lot • Knowledge of how to ask the right questions and listen to customer responses to aid in selecting a vehicle • Readiness to carry out any other tasks assigned by the sales manager Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
