Responsibilities: • Opening and closing Express Lane • Prioritizing repair orders due to schedule, workload, customer experience, etc. • Working in DMS to assign technicians, close repair lines, make sure that parts are added, etc. • Working with the team to complete digital multi-point inspections on every repair order • Communicating with shop technicians when concerns are found on MPI • Communicating with Dispatch, Production Manager, and Service Manager when personnel is late or absent, there are delays in repairs, any damage to vehicles occurs, equipment is damaged or not working, etc. • Setting goals for completion times, quality of work, and upsells • Working with the Parts Department to have in-demand parts in stock and readily available • Ensuring quality control measures are in place and followed every time • Able to work hands-on when needed and provide own tools • Must complete and maintain Stellantis training • Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: • Applicant must be driven to lead a team towards short and long-term goals • Applicant must be able to train team members • Applicant must be able to create a schedule and delegate duties Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 yearly
