As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Owner and the Product Manager throughout the product development cycle. You will lead user research and plan strategies to depending our understanding of our user and their needs. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software, wireframe tools, and user research. If you also have a portfolio of professional and/or personal design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create clean, functional, and appealing user interfaces that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Manager to understand product visions, developer requirements and customer feedback
- Utilize the principles of the agile methodology to keep our client’s projects moving forward and optimized. Constantly improve their results based on data and their goals.
- Transform ideas and concepts into well-structured, efficient user experiences
- Develop UI/UX deliverables, from information architecture, user flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, UI/UX specification documents to mockups, prototypes and fully functional applications
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
