Fast-growing start-up needs a highly motivated and customer-focused Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. This solutions-oriented role oversees the full life-cycle of customer implementations where it’s crucial to understand that each customer’s needs are unique and each implementation is unique – creativity is a must as is building processes from scratch – no cookie cutter approach here! Frequent touchpoints with the customer, top-notch customer service skills – follow-up is key! As the Onboarding and Implementation Specialist, you’ll work in tandem with our clients to create a unique launch and implementation experience. **FULLY REMOTE**

What you will do:

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and how our product can impact their success.
• Create a strategy for a seamless launch and implementation that maximizes usage.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams; implement and manage timelines of project plans for a timely and successful implementation.
• Strive for an excellent customer experience by facilitating training on the ease of use and functionality of our product, create a video or written guide, schedule regular touchpoints, etc.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding for each client experience.
• Be a proactive and creative problem solver.

What you will need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• SaaS, B2B and start-up experience required.
• Be able to prioritize, deliver and improve processes.
• Go-getter attitude!
