Resolution Coordinator
OBJECTIVE: Coordinates the Companies Pre-Litigation Program to achieve early claim resolution in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
o Coordinate the Pre-Litigation strategies critical to the company’s success.
o Understands and operationalizes programs, policies and procedures: Investigating and analyzing claims to reduce litigation, which result in early closure.
o Demonstrates a strong ability to identify injury trends and assess the safety and post injury management programs results to achieve the company goals.
o Understands and communicates claim management, safety and human resources policies and strategy to clients, operation’s staff and senior management.
o Builds, maintains and manages relationships with medical providers, claim adjusters, attorneys, employees, internal staff and clients and other related vendors.
o Ensures company and clients reporting requirements are met.
o Provides injury/claim reports to operations and senior management.
o Operationalizes the design, analysis and delivery of claim information which influences risk management strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Minimum 2 years temporary staffing experience in operations, recruiting and staffing
o Minimum 2 years safety and prevention experience
o Minimum 2 years human resource experience
o Minimum 2 years post injury management
o Strong knowledge of medical management
o Ability to communicate sensitive information confidentially; in a professional and factual manner
o Detailed oriented and highly organized
o Ability to multi-task
o Excellent customer service skills
o Strong relationship building skills
o Proactive vendor management skills
o Computer literacy
