Branch Manager Staffing - Bilingual (Spanish/English) -Currently Hiring for the following cities: Mira Loma/ Chino (Inland Empire) , Commerce and Carson, CA.
The Branch Manager will be helping and creating organizational and program. This position's primary responsibility is providing leadership for the organization's functions
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
o Implement and monitor activities of Branch Staff designed to recruit, train and retain temporary employees needed to fill all available assignments.
o Implement and monitor company quality standards for all services rendered.
o Manage a detailed marketing program of personal sales calls, telephone sales, direct mail in-office demonstrations and public relations for assigned branches
o Direct and manage customer development activities within the office, including face-to-face customer contact to create and develop a good business relationship with existing and inactive customers and retain and build additional revenues.
o Recruit, select, train and evaluate branch office staff using guidelines and materials developed and provided by company standards.
o Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of temporary employees and customers.
o Coach and counsel Branch Staff to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
o Manage Branch Payroll Processing.
o Inform employees of company strategies, objectives and results.
o Perform functions of other branch staff as needed.
o Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business.
o Responsible to increase sales for existing clients.
o Complete and maintain company reports as required.
o Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity.
o Perform other job tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous experience in sales, human resource, and service industry required, successful prior experience, as a Operations Manager is preferred.
o Ability to access areas where needed people, information or equipment are located.
o Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general.
o Ability to remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or locate resources to find information as needed.
o Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with others.
o Ability to work with other team members as well as independently.
o Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.
o Cooperative, team-oriented, patient, calm under pressure.
o Ability to produce results within an autonomous environment, within company guidelines and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong background and work experience in Finance
o Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
o Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
o Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
o Budget development and oversight experience
o A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
o Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
o Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
