Our team is growing and we are in search of a Human Resources Manager who wants to be involved in all aspects of the human resources world.
What you will do:
- Oversee internal HR functions
- Oversee onboarding process
- Develop and implement company's policies and programs
- Ensure all policies comply with legal regulations
- Develop, monitor, and implement company's people management strategy
- Prepare Job Descriptions
- Handle and disciplinary process and formal grievances
- Set and review pay structure and employee benefits
- Conduct performance reviews and make salary recommendations
What you will need:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen tot he needs of others
- Strong strategic skills and the ability to act as a visionary for the company
- FMLA/ADA/EEO/WC
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
