As an Automotive Sales professional with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the quarterback for coordinating our services. You are the person that customers trust every time they invest in their vehicle. You are critical to building personal relationships and credibility with our customers! Our Sales professionals communicate frequently during the repair process and ensure that we consistently deliver our J.D. Power award-winning customer satisfaction.

This role can be tailored to your experience and abilities. For highly skilled sales veterans, training and coaching can be integrated into your overall responsibilities!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Be versatile in presenting solutions to customers in “easy to understand” language
• Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
• Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
• Build win-win relationships within our team and with our customers
• Be a great teammate, and willing to grow into leadership roles as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of sales experience in any field
• The ability to multitask during the sales process while keeping effective listening skills
• Can execute problem-solving skills within the conversation to address customer concerns or questions to deliver amazing customer service
• Driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software applications
• Experience in Customer Service or Automotive Service roles preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
