    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

     

    As a Regional Recruiter, you will be a part of a team driving the talent acquisition strategy for a Multi-State Operator in the auto collision repair industry. As a Regional Recruiter you will be responsible for working closely with operational leaders to source and hire talent to fill vacant positions within your assigned region with qualified candidates.    

     

    Responsibilities:

    ·         Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR team to complete a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, compensation and sourcing strategies

    ·         Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

    ·         Generate robust passive candidate pipelines using member subscriptions and technologies

    ·         Partner with Digital Media Manager to build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening

    ·         Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals

    ·         Perform talent acquisition activities such as resume reviews, phone screens, candidate interviews, applicant recommendations, manager interviews, offer creation, deliver and acceptance and dispositioning candidates

    ·         Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews

    ·         Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific probing questions as the conversation/interview dictates

    ·         Communicate with managers and TA team regularly on candidate pipeline and hiring status

    ·         Maintain applicant relationship throughout recruiting, hire and onboarding process, responding timely to internal and external applicant situations and requests as required

    ·         Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

     Position Requirements

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS

    • 3 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably over multiple locations
    • Previous experience using an enterprise ATS, i.e. Jobvite, SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo
    • Demonstrable experience building talent communities with CMS tools, i.e. Avature, Jobvite Engage, Telemetry
    • Proficiency in using multiple recruiting platforms, i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn to source candidates
    • Build and maintain relationships across many levels
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever growing environment
    • The ability and willingness to travel locally and across the region
    • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
    • Strong organization, attention to detail, cultural awareness, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Travel, both regionally/nationally, up to 40% of time

    PREFERRED:

    • Bilingual Spanish (Proficient)
    • Working knowledge of the auto collision industry
    • Previous utilization of Jobvite ATS
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
