Shuttle Driver

Job Type:

Part Time, 15-20 hours per week. (4 hour shifts - no nights & no weekends)

Pay:

$15 - $17 / Hr. This position is non-exempt and will be paid hourly.

Job Overview:

As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our customers. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
• Billing statement reconciliation
• Phone answering
• Keeping the facility clean as assigned
• Potentially assist office staff with clertical tasks
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
• Valid state driver's license
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters including a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years
• 1+ year of driving experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality ( we work hard but like to have fun doing it )!

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
