AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

*Pay depends on certifications, experience and production.  $40/hr would be an ASE L1 Master Tech with one additional certification and high production.

Consistent and growing workload, clean facility, paid training, high volume, large variety of vehicles, access to the latest scan tools, full time live technical support, access to our private tech forum, weekends off, occasional lunches provided, healthcare, retirement contribution match and more.

Light maintenance (oil change, fluids and alignments) are part of the job.  2019 YTD through 20 weeks, we are averaging over 80 RO's/week.  We have 4 techs now in a 9 bay shop.  New technician will work out of one bay at first, which some overlap depending on production.  

Qualifications

5+ years automotive experience, 2+ consecutive years in a professional shop 

Positive attitude & agreement with the core values above

Good at diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicles, especially drivability and electrical

Ability and motivation to turn 40+ to 60+ quality flag hours per week - including test drives!

Experience and proficiency using factory scan tools - Ford IDS, GM Tech II, Chrysler WiTech2, etc.
