GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Your role is a critical member of the Marketing Coaching team, which is responsible for working side-by-side with Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) franchisees to drive leads to, and build awareness for, their CBA stores. As a Local Marketing Specialist, you will support a portfolio of Christian Brothers’ franchisees in various markets by providing current best practices, consultation and assistance with marketing, advertising and promotional activities. This role will have you on the phone (eventually some travel), building and maintaining relationships with our franchisees. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, positive person with energy, enthusiasm and integrity, who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Each member of the Marketing Coaching team acts as a “consultant”: planning and executing local marketing strategies, aiding in achieving annual goals for reaching guests and for franchisee interaction, and introducing new marketing opportunities to franchisees. Our business is built on the foundation of loving your neighbor as yourself and a key function of this role is ensuring that the Marketing Coaching team is showing servant leadership to our franchisees.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position requires multitasking while maintaining a high degree of both responsiveness and accuracy. This position will require spending the majority of the workday using a computer.
When considering the work environment associated with this job, the following factors may apply:
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
TRAVEL: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
