    Job Title: Human Resources Recruiting Intern

    Job Overview:

    We are preparing for our 2024 summer internship season. __

    The HR-Recruiting intern will work with our in-house recruiting team to assist our new and established stores with their hiring needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing:
      • Use various channels, including job boards, social media, events and networking, to source potential candidates for open positions.
      • Assist in creating and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Resume Review and Screening:
      • Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
      • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
    • Candidate Engagement:
      • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, provide information about the company, and answer inquiries.
      • Support the coordination of recruitment events and activities.
    • Interview Support:
      • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and team members.
      • Participate in interviews as needed and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
    • Recruitment Administration:
      • Support the recruiting team in maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
      • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
    • Employer Branding:
      • Contribute ideas and content for promoting the company as an employer of choice.
      • Assist in developing and updating recruitment marketing materials.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
