We are seeking an enthusiastic and faith-centered Christian Cheer Coach to lead and mentor students in cheerleading while promoting Christian values, teamwork, discipline, and school spirit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with youth, developing cheer skills, and serving as a positive role model through Christ-centered leadership.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct cheerleading practices, drills, and routines

Teach proper cheer techniques, safety, and sportsmanship

Prepare students for performances, games, and special events

Encourage teamwork, confidence, and spiritual growth

Maintain a positive and respectful team environment

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration

Ensure compliance with school and athletic policies

Qualifications:

Strong Christian faith and ability to model Christian values

Experience in cheerleading or coaching preferred

Ability to work with children

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain)

Background check required

Work Schedule:

1-2 times per week

Games & events as scheduled
