The Member Services department assists members via incoming phone calls and emails.
Member Services Representatives have the opportunity to minister to members by praying with them and providing spiritual encouragement over the phone.
Candidates who enjoy engaging with people and are servant-minded are best suited for a role in the Member Services department.

Christian Healthcare Ministries is a nonprofit 501c(3) member based ministry operating in all fifty states and located in Barberton, Ohio. Members of the Ministry voluntarily share in each other’s medical needs with a monthly gift amount. CHM administers the program on behalf of its’ members sharing over $6 billion in medical needs since inception and almost $500 million in medical needs last year alone. The Ministry’s inspiration is based on the scripture from Paul’s letter to the Galatians ”...bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ”. CHM’s health cost sharing ministry has seen accelerated membership growth and employee growth over the past five years as more Christians seek biblically-based health cost-sharing.
