    Christian Tyler Properties, LLC (“CTP”) is a privately held, full-service real estate development, acquisition, investment, and management company based in Tampa, Florida that utilizes the "A Team" approach by assembling the best-of-the-best local third-party professionals for each project.

    Formed in 1995, CTP seeks to employ a value-added, hands-on strategy to redevelop and re-position commercial retail and office, multi-family, senior care (assisted living and memory care), and residential subdivision properties into their highest and best use in high barrier-to-entry markets.

    Additionally, we will selectively undertake ground-up development when market conditions are appropriate, focusing our efforts in the Southeastern region of the United States. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to join our team.

    Job Description: As a Compliance Manager at CTP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our real estate development projects comply with the regulatory requirements associated with the EB-5 Visa program. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of compliance policies, procedures, and controls. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including the project manager, legal team, Director of Real Estate Development, and Director of EB-5 to ensure that our projects meet the necessary compliance standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the EB-5 Visa program, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, SEC & FINRA regulations, and USCIS requirements.

    Stay up to date with changes in immigration and securities laws and regulations, as well as USCIS policies and guidance related to the EB-5 Visa program.

    Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance measures are incorporated into project plans from inception to completion.

    Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

    Monitor and evaluate ongoing project activities to ensure compliance with EB-5 Visa program requirements, including proper tracking and reporting of funds.

    Prepare and submit required reports and filings to USCIS and other regulatory agencies.

    Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities, including documentation, reports, and correspondence.

    Liaise with third-party agencies in preparation for property audits.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or a related discipline.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and propose effective solutions.

    Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and documentation skills.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Experience in using compliance management software and tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Minimum of two years of experience in compliance, preferably within the real estate development industry

    Knowledge of EB-5 Visa program requirements, USCIS regulations, and securities laws related to fundraising and investment offerings.

    Strong understanding of compliance best practices and experience developing and implementing compliance programs.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    $75,000 annual base salary
