Position: Administrative Support Social Media Specialist
Hours: PartTime – 20 hours 1-6 pm
Location: Fully Remote for New Jersey Residents Only
Job Summary:
As an Administrative Support in a behavioral health setting, you will be crucial in providing administrative support to the clinical team while managing social media accounts and creating engaging content to promote the organization's services and mission. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, social media expertise, and content creation abilities to help the organization reach and connect with its target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize patient records, appointment schedules, and other confidential information.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing appropriate responses or directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with client intake processes.
Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase the organization's online presence and engage with the community.
Create and curate relevant and timely content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote behavioral health awareness and the organization's services.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional online reputation.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Generate informative and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, related to behavioral health topics.
Collaborate with clinical staff to create educational materials and resources for clients and the community.
Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization's mission and values.
Assist in maintaining databases and records related to clients, appointments, and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports and summaries as required by management.
Work closely with clinical staff and other team members to ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes and align messaging with clinical goals.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on social media and content marketing strategies.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
Strong social media management skills with a track record of growing online communities and engagement.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling, informative, and accessible content.
Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and issues is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and essential graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a consistent brand image
Working Conditions:
This position typically operates remotely.
Standard office hours with some flexibility depending on the organization's needs.
May involve occasional evening or weekend work for special events or campaigns.
