You will manage all of our real estate transactions from listing taken to pending to closing. This position oversees transactions for a top-producing business as a project manager. Client-facing through a high level of phone and email communication also manages contractors such as stagers, contractors, landscapers, and cleaners to elevate the value of the home. You’ll work to manage home inspections that are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. This position is full-time in the downtown Boise office at Christina & Company, Keller Williams Realty Boise. This position will be an integral part of the operations team and will report to the Director of Operations. Compensation: • Salary Range is: $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience • Health insurance available • $50 toward gym membership • 2 weeks PTO • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Manage the preparation of Buyer Appointments & Listing Consultations • Manage preparation to list homes on the market via the PreListing Checklist • Proactively communicate with clients, vendor partners, agents & team • Manage all Active Listing communication and client updates • Manage all aspects of the Real Estate contract from Purchase & Sale Agreement to the transaction closing • Manage your direct report, Virtual Transaction Coordinator. Find ways to improve the team’s systems. • Maintain communications with: the CEO, DOO, Virtual team, Agents, VA Transaction Coordinator(s), Runner, and Clients • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree preferred • Experience in administrative operations or management preferred • Show up as a leader, with broad oversight, moving beyond singular tasks • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective operations • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Google Workspace, Google Drive, etc. • Excellent follow-through skills • Ability to handle strong personalities and openness to constructive criticism • Strong sense of self-awareness and belief in their competence and skills • Always curious and willing to help both team members and clients • Fast-paced, yet organized • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Solutions-oriented • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective operations • Innovative problem solver, with the ability to anticipate and proactively address complex issues • Strong written and verbal skills for phone and email communication • This person must love conversing and building relationships.
