Then we would love to talk with you. Administrative experience a must. Experience in real estate helpful, licensed preferred but not necessary. Social media experience is a bonus but not needed. This is a full-time position in our beautiful waterfront office in Seattle. Monday through Friday on site. Covid safety measures in place. Responsibilities: • The duties include, but are not limited to: • Listing Overview, listing calendar checklist for Listings you are responsible for booking for vendors • Complete daily tasks pertaining to transactions including client gifting and thank you notes • Maintain accurate transaction tracking • Manage lead distribution • Complete daily tasks pertaining to transactions including client gifting and thank you notes • Manage inventory checkout to agents and order new items as necessary (signs, lockboxes, etc.)Partner with us in onboarding new agents • Keep marketing material up to date • Keep records of gift coordination • Keeping current transactions display up to date event planning • Auditing marketing for accurate listing display, etc. • Print and prepare final settlement statements for the end of year distribution • Respond to emails in a timely manner • Agent support as needed • Following a checklist of procedures for contractsSupervise and review the quality of marketing • Coordinate with contractors/vendors • Double-check details and ensure impeccability • Marketing materials; flyers Qualifications: • Operate with a high level of integrity • Fast learner • Proficient with excel; google drive; canvas • Willing to learn new systems • Team player; can work with others and independently • Coachable and willing to learn • Able to dance the face-paced real estate industry and high energy • Great attitude needed • Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
