If so, Christi's Family Fitness is looking for a Kid's Dance Director to join our growing team. The Kid's Dance Director is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and profitable operations of the Kid's Dance program within the club. The Kid's Dance Director will work closely with and receive direction from the Sports Club for Kids Program Manager and GM.

More about this role:
The Kid's Dance Director is responsible for supporting the Program Manager with the oversight of the financial and operational success of the Christi's Fitness Kids program which may include camps, birthday parties, private lessons, special events, etc. The Kid's Dance Director role achieves success through embodying our core competencies (Create a TSI Environment, Build a High Performing Team, Achieve Measurable Results).

Responsibilities include:
Modeling and promoting our guiding principles through the Clubhouse Rules.
Reviewing and adhering to all TSI documents including but not limited to policies and procedures, employee handbook, state supplement, codes of conduct, etc.
Performs a Member Experience Walkthrough (MEW) daily.
Establishes systems and processes to reward and recognize top performers.
Sees the club through the member’s eyes and proactively fixes problems before they impact the member experience.
Promotes consistent brand messaging through community, local, and national activities.

Inspires, motivates and develops a team to reach their fullest potential, contributing to the ultimate success of the organization. Responsibilities include:

Ensures that all instructors are properly on-boarded and informed of performance expectations.

Responsibilities include:
Seeks new ways to optimize costs, without sacrificing excellent member and customer experience.
Partners with the Kid's Program Manager to oversee and deliver high quality Kids programming.
Coaches and re-directs Kid's Dance instructor performance as needed to ensure that all goals are met.
Promotes Kids Dance programs through community outreach and in-club marketing.
Always looking for better ways to achieve club results.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience managing Dance Instructors.
Experience managing a schedule.
Experience with kids programming preferred.
Dance experience, preferably a degree or relative experience.
