We're looking for a skilled designer to contribute to our mission of creating beautiful and unique wreaths and garlands.
Responsibilities :
- Design and create a variety of wreaths and garlands using pre-made artificial greeneries and other various materials (bow, balls, ornaments, ribbons, berries, mesh).
- Collaborate with the production team leader to ensure the designs are executed with precision.
- Quality control and inspection of finished products.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Requirements :
- Craftsman.
- Creative and artistic flair with an eye for detail.
- Proven experience in wreath and/or garland design or any previous crafting position
- Proficiency in working with various materials, including bow, balls, ornaments, ribbons, berries, mesh and artificial foliage.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
