    We are in search of an administrative assistant for our top-ranking real estate team. Responsibilities: Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met, and explain any challenges or issues Demonstrate exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions, and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Coordinate the process for recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires Build and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Real estate license preferred but not required to apply Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc. Real estate industry is preferred High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
