    We are seeking a transaction coordinator to assist our rapidly expanding real estate team. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate all aspects of contracts including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. Responsibilities: Input all client information into the client database system, submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities Follow up with clients 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days after closing to assist with any home improvement recommendations Attend the closing process to assist and schedule important information like moving times Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates so the transaction process is completed efficiently Assist both parties of buyers and sellers to close the contract quickly Qualifications: Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
