- Regularly attends worship services with their family
- Children (if applicable) must participate in their age group's programming.
- Is an active participant in a group and regularly tithes
- Flexible with a team mentality

Education and Experience
- 2 years minimum experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers
- Degree in Youth Ministry preferred, however training or proven experience in the field will be considered
- Athletic team experience is helpful
- Software and technology skills is a bonus
