Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 (Commission Based)
