    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hollywood, CA.

    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

    This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving a talent acquisition program for all functions and positions within the US for Chrome Hearts LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Talent acquisition specialist for Chrome Hearts LLC, including US based retail locations
    • Sourcing, screening and recommending candidates, primarily focused on corporate, design, marketing, warehouse/stockroom, administrative (e.g. accounting, IT, back office) staff
    • Sourcing, screening and recommending of key upper management and/or lower executive roles
    • Liaison and partner with temporary staffing agencies for manufacturing recruitment, potentially sourcing/interviewing/onboarding manufacturing roles as well
    • Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
    • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates
    • Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    • Build out an Applicant Tracking System and outward facing talent strategy (improve/implement company pages on various recruiting sites)
    • Place and update job postings in various medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners
    • Identify opportunities to build applicant pools, work with managers to identify potential fit through interviewing, testing
    • Responsible for reviewing, revising, editing, implementing standardized position descriptions, job reqs for all departments
    • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
    • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities
    • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed
    • Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate
    • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required
    • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
    • Ensure all activities are in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations as appropriate
    • Potentially participate in disparate impact analysis, benchmarking of company positions, research on pay
    • Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Higher education (two- or four-year college degree) or equivalent work experience.
    • 3 years of human resources, talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
    • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
    • Ideal candidate will have experience and/or exposure in retail and professional administrative staffing
    • Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
    • Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
    • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
    • Fluent in Spanish
    • May require infrequent travel if opening a new US retail location with required onsite support (rare)
