We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a self driven approach to join our team in Hollywood, CA to assist with our US retail stores selling eyewear.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Service whole sales accounts. Constant communication with Buyers, Retail Customers, Store Managers, Production and Design team and Chrome Hearts Sales Reps
Experience with Customer Service Call Queue. Performing inventory checks, entering customer orders, processing repairs and arranging shipments
Heavy e-mail correspondence (MS Outlook), phone calls, data entry (MS Excel) and using internal company system (D365)
Proficient with Excel; filtering, cleaning reports to maintain and manage open sales orders and service open repairs. Understands variety of field options and can easily navigate throughout.
Displaying a helpful and positive personality, genuine desire to problem solve, clear and thorough communication, follow through and multi tasking
