Functional Management Operational Support (Entry Level) PD
Summary:
The Functional Management (FM) Operational Support (Entry Level) is associated with the C4W Aspirant program. It is intended to train, mentor and develop future business managers/owners. The selected candidate serves as a principle team member supporting C4W leadership in the planning, implementation and normalization of enterprise-wide day-to-day, monthly, and year-end marketing, community outreach, financial services and tax school operations. The FM consults with C4W leadership to provide accurate assessment of current challenges, implementation of solutions, and aids in ensuring organizational clarity when developing and implementing strategic direction and guidance. Additionally, the FM acts in a fiduciary capacity in the execution of his/her internal and external duties.

Duties:
I. FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT: Assisting the Chrysalis4Wealth, Inc CEO/Managing Partner(s) with the day-to-day, montly, and year-end operations.
i. Support staffing activities to include, job posting, interviewing and hiring activities
ii. Support development and implementation of entity-level strategic planning and operational procedures
iii. Support entity-level annual budget preparation
iv. Promote Chrysalis4Wealth’s culture of personal and professional growth development
v. Support online posting, preparation and presentation of John Maxwell Team (JMT), Dreamtrip, and Chrysalis Protection and Wealth Solutions (CPAWS) activities
vi. Provide year-round quality client service, prepare accurate tax returns, check returns, offer insurance policies and financial related product and services (if applicable), and performs general office duties all in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures
vii. Perform other duties and tasks as needed and assigned.
II. MARKETING: Assist C4W leadership with Marketing campaign activities to seed for a fruitful tax season and generate year-round insurance and financial services clients.
i. Support the planning and execution of the Guerrilla Marketing and public relations programs and activities in accordance with (IAW) Company’s policies and procedures (to include wearing C4W and Liberty attire when appropriate)
Coordinate with C4W leadership to develop the annual marketing plan
Support tax School marketing and advertising activities
Work with C4W leadership to develop and implement Plus Services marketing activities (insurance, bookkeeping, notary, ITINs, etc)
III. HISPANIC BRAND OUTREACH: Support entity-level Hispanic Certification and Siempre Tax Plus Services integration activities
i. Coordinate with C4W leadership to market and establish a fiduciary relationship with individuals, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and businesses in the Hispanic community
ii. Research, develop and implement strategy to partnership with NGO and immigrant help groups
IV. TAX SCHOOL: Support annual Tax School activities, as needed to provide a top quality, highly trained tax preparers. Related responsibilities may include but are not limited to helping the principal:
i. Develop tax season class schedules, advertise, and recruit candidates for tax school
ii. Conduct administrative management of Tax School to include tracking inquiries, phone calls and student enrollments
iii. Provide input for curriculum enhancement…designs and develops curriculum content, training materials, training modules, teaching aids
iv. Manage, create and maintain setup documentation for compliance. This includes program binders, syllabi, textbooks, etc.
v. Develop and formalize a robust quality assurance review process of existing training program
vi. Establish a process to review and include feedback from end of course surveys, and student evaluations into the quality assurance and course maintenance processes.
vii. Plan, develop and produce curriculum materials, processes and best practices that highly effective in improving student outcomes.
viii. Continuously improve student outcomes through the seamless integration of seasoned tax preparer experience
V. FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPPORT: The primary purpose of the Financial Services support is to perform moderately complex administrative and client services tasks for the business owner, putting the needs of the client first and providing exceptional service every single time.
i. Establishing new accounts and processing account changes; submitting new business, changes, deposits, etc. to home office
ii. Reviewing, tracking and monitoring all pending business and service requests to ensure follow up and completion; reviewing and responding to Customer Service Log (CSL) issues, keeping the Advisor updated on problem logs and escalating to back office management as needed
iii. Maintaining calendar for financial advisors and firm; scheduling appointments with clients, prospects, wholesalers and others; preparing outbound call list
iv. Preparing and mailing correspondence and marketing materials; assembling prospect and new client packets
v. Preparing for and attending client events
vi. Developing and maintaining files in a manner that facilitates rapid retrieval and satisfies all broker/dealer compliance requirements
vii. Maintaining cash and securities received blotter to the specifications of broker/dealer
viii. Maintaining firm’s procedures and recovery manual and developing, refining, writing and updating procedures and checklists related to each job function of the position
ix. May also perform special projects as assigned.
x. Income tax data entry/preparation
VI. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Maintain up to date in job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities as determined by C4W needs; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
