    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsible for creating an exciting atmosphere for all property events, promotions and concerts and coordinating marketing activities to achieve this goal.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with all marketing departments (with an emphasis on Special Events, Player Development, and Public Relations) to increase production value of all events, promotions, and concerts.
    • Works with the Database department to print entertainment tickets for concerts and deliver printed tickets to respective departments.
    • Produces in-house promotional advertising to be broadcast locally on property floor.
    • Acts as a resource regarding Marketing departmental activities and operations.
    • Maintains a familiarity with all property promotions and events and communicates same within the Marketing Departments.
    • Serves as emcee when needed for property events, promotions and concerts.
    • Works closely with Marketing and Casino Team Members in coordinating marketing programs, including, but not limited to, special events, promotions, concerts, community events and VIP parties.
    • Coordinates casino marketing events, processes, and communication with an emphasis in the areas of Special Events, Public Relations, Advertising and Player Development.
    • Assists as needed with off-property events and promotions.
    • Coordinates in-house marketing promotions and events with the Human Resources Department.
    • Ensures to a high degree the accuracy and thoroughness of department records and reports and maintains an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Provides administrative support.
    • Schedules meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    High School Diploma or GED required.  

    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred

    Three to five years casino experience required with at least one of those years in marketing and/or sales.
