    SUMMARY:            

    Responsible for all general electrical maintenance and repair of electrical problems throughout the Company's property.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    • Performs excellent customer service at all time.

    • Performs preventative maintenance and checks all electrical panels to assure that all wires are in order.

    • Maintains a constant watch over all transformers, ensuring excessive heating does not occur.

    • Performs special electrical projects.

    • Maintains inventory stock and is for backup systems being maintained at all times.

    • Adheres to the company's standard levels, ensuring daily work and special projects are completed in an efficient and professional manner.

    • Maintains consistent and regular attendance record.

    • Performs any reasonable request made by management.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

                    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    High School diploma or equivalent required.  Maintains a current electrician license where required.

                    SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    Technical training and five years experience in related field required.  Must be able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.  Must be able to work in high or confined spaces.

                    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure and technical manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

                    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

                   

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock and radiation.  The Team Member frequently works in high or confined spaces, and in outside weather conditions with exposure to humid, hot and cold temperatures.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud.  The Team Member may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment when on the casino floor.
