Desert Auto Group IV LL, dba Chula Vista Honda is looking for self-driven and motivated Business Office Accounting Clerk to join our team. The right candidate will have prior Dealership experience, be self-driven, have a positive attitude, is detail oriented, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities :
- Perform activities to ensure accurate and timely billing of accounts.
- Conduct reviews of billing exceptions.
- Initiate field action and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
- Performs basic accounting functions.
- Reviews and processes transactions
- Codes invoices to accounts
- Prepares periodic reconciliation reports.
- Research problems and complaints as needed.
- Assists in preparation of reports.
- Creates and edits spreadsheets as needed.
- Other Office duties as assigned.
Accounting Clerk Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous employment at a car dealership
- Ability to perform general accounting tasks as assigned.
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis
- Microsoft Office experience and strong MS Excel skills
