    Desert Auto Group IV LL, dba Chula Vista Honda is looking for self-driven and motivated Business Office Accounting Clerk to join our team.  The right candidate will have prior Dealership experience, be self-driven, have a positive attitude, is detail oriented, and able to consistently meet deadlines. 

    ACCOUNTING CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform activities to ensure accurate and timely billing of accounts.
    • Conduct reviews of billing exceptions.
    • Initiate field action and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
    • Performs basic accounting functions.
    • Reviews and processes transactions
    • Codes invoices to accounts
    • Prepares periodic reconciliation reports.
    • Research problems and complaints as needed.
    • Assists in preparation of reports.
    • Creates and edits spreadsheets as needed.
    • Other Office duties as assigned.

    ACCOUNTING CLERK REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Previous employment at a car dealership
    • Ability to perform general accounting tasks as assigned.
    • Aptitude for quantitative analysis 
    • Microsoft Office experience and strong MS Excel skills
