    Do you enjoy the process of planning and carrying out successful events? Are you passionate about providing fun experiences that make people want to return to a business again and again? If so, we want to meet you! We are looking for an Event Coordinator to organize special events for our Church. As the Event Coordinator, you will serve as the host for small events and coordinate with the marketing director to facilitate large events. You also will be responsible for setting up and tearing down events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the team and help market and plan events

    Coordinate the event logistics

    Set up and tear down the day of the event

    Report to management regarding events, including recommended improvements

    Oversee Cafe

    Lead the Dream Team for both the Cafe and events

    Order supplies, keep inventory

    Qualifications:

    Outgoing, energetic personality

    1 - 3 years of event planning experience

    Creative ability

    Ability to take the initiative on projects

    Good organization skills and an eye for detail

    Reliable with excellent time management

    Be a Christ follower
