Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our team. As the Facilities Assistant you will be helping with the maintenance of the building. You will ensure the safety of the employees and that all systems are functioning properly. The ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management, highly organized, and comfortable with problem-solving any issues that may arise. We are a church in Orlando.
Responsibilities
Help with set ups and tear downs
Help with housekeeping as needed
Create a cleaning and maintenance schedule
Ensure recycling and waste removal occur as scheduled
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem solver who can work well under pressure
