The Company ChurchFunerals Direct is a Christian-based, gospel-centered, church-focused licensed funeral home that partners with churches to provide better funerals for a fraction of the cost. Our funeral directors and staff are the best in the business. The families we serve receive compassionate care and typically save several thousand dollars on their funeral expenses. This leadership position is designed for an experienced manager who can lead a team of Church Relations Directors as they market our program to pastors and churches.
Compensation This position offers excellent pay starting at $52,000 the first year, with pay ranging from $70,000-$90,000 the second year. This position also offers performance-based bonuses and stock options once training is complete. Extensive paid training will be provided.
Responsibilities In this position you will train and manage a team of Church Relations Directors as they call on pastors, conduct seminars, help families plan their funerals in advance, and assist at churches during funeral services. Once trained on the Church Relations Director responsibilities, you will train and manage a team of Church Relations Directors. This is a full-time position that may require some travel, especially during the training period. In this position you will: • Meet with pastors and church boards to enroll the church in our Preferred Partner Program. • Conduct educational seminars at churches. • Meet with families who would like to preplan their funerals months or years in advance. • Teach others to complete these tasks while giving feedback, training, and accountability to facilitate our overall corporate growth.
