    compensation: COMPETITIVE SALARY, COMMISSION, AND BENEFIT PACKAGE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS. employment type: FULL-TIME Churchill McGee and (subsidiary) Main Street Self Storage have an immediate opening for a property/ office manager with a background in property management and marketing.

    The Property and Office Manager will act as a crucial member of our team by building a positive experience for our customers both in person and online.  We are seeking a self-motivated, hardworking team player who is eager to take on new responsibilities in a front-facing customer-centric role.  Flexible hours Monday through Friday, with the availability to work two Saturdays a month.    

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Management and marketing of storage units, event space and apartment units

    • Field and coordinate maintenance calls

    • Collect rent payments

    • Office management to include but not limited to; answering phones, mail, provide general support to office guests

    • Improve sales objectives with prospective customers through unit rentals

    • Keep the facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e. cleaning units, mopping, trash removal, changing light bulbs, etc.)

    • Perform independently on a day-to-day basis

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of management experience

    • Social media and marketing skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

    • Ability to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, communication, collaboration, and building    teamwork
