Responsibilities: • Educate and counsel customers on the best home financing solutions • Prequalify loan applicants by analyzing financial background • Provide applicants with information regarding the loan application process • Obtain a complete loan application including all supporting documents to process the loan • Resolve customer needs in an expeditious and professional manner • Manage a pipeline of loans • Ensure a smooth transaction by communicating with all parties in the transaction Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Proficiency with Encompass or similar Loan Originating Software • Dedication to growing yourself and your skills • Desire to grow and be coachable with the best leadership in the industry • 3+ years of experience in working with purchase and refinance borrowers successfully Compensation: $40,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly
