THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking experienced, natural salespeople to learn the craft of real estate and earn commissions. Phone sales experience is a HUGE plus. Our Administrative staff handles the paperwork and details which will free you to focus on the pre-qualified leads that we will supply. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology and our full-time coaching is FREE! Responsibilities: • Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of taking clients through the sales process • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Negotiate and protect clients best interests • Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, Backagent, Multiple Listing Service, and other technologies as needed • Participate in regular training and education and attend 30-day agent ramp-up • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis Qualifications: • Must have a real estate license • 6 months - 2 years Sales experience preferred • You are bright, ambitious, hard-working • Serious about a full-time career, this is a full-time position • Commitment and self-discipline are required • APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Compensation: $100,000 at plan
