The Email Marketing Specialist is an exciting opportunity to make an impact through email campaigns and CRM management. The primary responsibilities will be driving sales and executing communication through creative email campaigns within HubSpot and utilizing available data to continually optimize our efforts. This position supports the broader storytelling of the brand and helps to communicate Chuze Fitness culture with members and prospects.
Responsibilities & Required Knowledge:
- Assist in the digital marketing push to create consistency and standardization across our business to develop a strong brand that resonates within the communities that we operate.
- Assist with email marketing, SMS marketing and the HubSpot CRM for new club launch support, sales and campaigns, fitness events and initiatives, and hyperlocal activations.
- Liaison for Chuze with internal and external partners.
- Manage and utilize HubSpot CRM to create a nuanced strategy for email communications and continually manage lists and auto-drip campaigns.
- Ongoing communication with Marketing Director–Digital Channels to determine project prioritization and task execution and provide updates ensuring all tasks are executed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Draft and coordinate creative content for SMS and emails for sales, ongoing pricing, club updates, new club openings, and other company initiatives with a nuanced approach.
- Manage our automatic email and SMS drip campaigns and implement new ones with strategic segmentation. Implement current best practices to ensure the success of our email marketing campaigns.
- Use A/B testing and segmentation to further develop email strategy.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to ensure email strategy is in lockstep with other channels.
- Assist with the Chuze Fitness HubSpot roadmap, research best practices, trends, and new technology and options within HubSpot and its ecosystem to increase the effectiveness of the system.
- Work closely with the Creative team to ensure emails are fresh, creative and reflect Chuze Fitness culture.
- Identify, define, and implement new ways to enhance data quality, increase scalability, and otherwise improve performance.
- Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects.
- Work with external agencies and internal departments on projects (e.g. Fitness).
- Assist in survey creation and analysis to improve the member experience.
- Manage and maintain a monthly communications calendar that clearly outlines strategy and ensures all monthly communications are executed in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis on campaigns and projects to measure effectiveness and provide insight for any additional areas of opportunity for future initiatives.
- Maintain HubSpot forms and test as needed to ensure they function properly and sign-up data feeds correctly into our database.
- Stay on top of backend HubSpot organization, this includes list health, compiled reports, template updates and organization, image library, etc.
- 20% of Travel Required. Periodic in-market visits to clubs to ensure marketing is aligning with the member experience.
