Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a new addition to our amazing internal team who can fill the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator to help grow our digital & social media strategies across all channels.
The Position:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a unique online/offline hybrid role. Primary responsibility will be finding and using digital insights to positively impact our members in the real world. Working closely with our digital & social media agencies to engage current and new members through organic & paid strategies, social analytics, compelling creative as well as SEO. Using the accelerated knowledge of usage across social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and whatever is the next big thing to always move our team forward.
Primary Objectives:
Assist in the digital marketing push to create consistency and standardization across our business to develop a strong brand that resonates within the communities that we operate
Assist with managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
Assist in email and direct marketing, new club launch support, fitness programming, social strategy and hyperlocal activations
Manage relationships with internal and external partners
Build meaningful relationships with fitness departments to support all online and offline activations
Core Duties/Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the executing of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
Engage followers in a dialogue via social media platforms to transform visitors into advocates for Chuze Fitness
Schedule and publish content across social media channels
Assist with content creation including but not limited to copy, static images, Instagram and Facebook highlights and stories, infographics and video
Coordinate fitness events in partnership with the Fitness team, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors and operations teams, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
Assist with managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
Assist in email and direct marketing, new club launch support, fitness programming, social strategy and hyperlocal activations
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and to ensure competitiveness
Conduct market research, identify trends in local markets and participate in grassroots marketing initiatives
Participate in club events and fitness classes as necessary

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, advertising/marketing, journalism or new media
2+ years of marketing / agency / or business development experience
Must have working knowledge of key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.
SEO, SEM & PPC knowledge
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Unquenchable curiosity and passion for community building
Experience coordinating events of various sizes and functions
Knowledge and passion for fitness, health and well being
A connector with a passion for building partnerships and relationships
A passion for connecting with millennials and Gen Z
Understanding of digital / social advertising platforms
Superior written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
A team player who can be accountable, flexible and drive for results
